If you were speak to anyone who lived through the great real estate crash, you would hear nothing but stories of doom and gloom. That was then and this is now. My wife and I lived through a similar crash in Colorado. We bought a "character" house in the suburbs of Denver. Within three and a half years, we made a 49.1% profit when we sold that house. We moved on to a bigger and newer house and within two years made a 24% profit. The reason I bring up our experiences in Colorado is because I see Las Vegas going through an identical resurgence. Instead of "waiting to buy real estate", this is the time to "buy real estate and wait"
